This information explains how KickLingo operates and protects learners and creators.

Service and price
Free accounts include previews and a limited lesson selection. KickLingo Learning costs $9.99 monthly or $99 annually. Each connected creator costs an additional $3 monthly Connected Creator Pass plus a separate $5 monthly creator-channel subscription purchased directly on Kick. The creator, total price and billing interval are shown before purchase.
Community-sponsored learning
Creator Community Learning Fund purchases sponsor non-recurring learning access and a Connected Creator Pass. They do not include a Kick subscription, create a cash balance or enter a prize draw. Eligibility and availability are shown before claiming. Sponsorship is a commercial purchase, not a charitable donation or guaranteed tax deduction. Creators consent separately; existing Creator Pass payouts are not automatically diverted.
Accounts and age
Provide accurate information and protect your Kick account. Where a learner cannot legally contract, a parent or guardian must approve paid access. Age-rated content is restricted according to the learner profile and applicable safeguards.
Renewal and cancellation
Channel subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation is available online without a cancellation fee and access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Purchase and cancellation confirmations are provided in a durable form.
Consumer rights
Applicable cooling-off, digital-service, quality, refund and other mandatory consumer rights remain available. Any request for immediate access during a cooling-off period must use the acknowledgements required by applicable law.
Creator permissions
Creators must own or hold every permission required for uploaded video, audio, music, performances, likenesses and educational adaptations. Creators authorise KickLingo to host, process, translate and display submitted content and must provide accurate age and content labels.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, exploitative or unsafe content; evade access controls; scrape or disrupt the service; impersonate another person; or misuse learner information. Content and accounts may be restricted to protect users, rights or legal compliance.
Learning and availability
Creator catalogues can change and individual learning outcomes vary. Transcripts, translations and pronunciation feedback are learning aids and can be reported for review. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales without removing mandatory consumer protections or courts available in the country where a consumer lives.
